RETURNS/EXCHANGES

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR MOST ITEMS IN NEW/PERFECT/UNUSED CONDITION IF RETURNED TO KRATO WITHIN 1 MONTH OF PURCHASE FOR A REFUND. ITEMS SOLD AT A LESS THAN LISTED RETAIL PRICE ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. 

IF ALL CONDITIONS ARE MET, THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT WILL BE CREDITED (MINUS THE SHIPPING COST), WHEN THE ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED BACK TO US. 

RETURN SHIPPING AND COST IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM, WE RECOMMEND TO ARRANGE TRACTABLE SHIPPING TO BE SURE THAT WE RECEIVED THE ITEM AND COULD PROCEED WITH A REFUND.
